We want you to feel confident with every VINNE USA purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for reasons other than product faults.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at cast2012@naver.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Please do not send any items back without prior approval. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, VINNE USA will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to change of mind or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement product once approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at cast2012@naver.com.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products, unless defective
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
