FREE SHIPPING

We offer free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts). The free shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout.

This offer applies to orders shipping within the continental United States only.

SHIPPING AREA

Currently, we ship to addresses within the continental U.S. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

VINNE USA products are fulfilled from two locations depending on availability:

• Domestic Inventory (U.S.-based warehouse): Delivered via Standard Shipping in approximately 3–4 business days.
• Korean Inventory (Ships from South Korea): Delivered via International Standard Shipping in approximately 7–10 business days.

If any item ships from our Korean warehouse, it will be clearly indicated in the product description on the product page.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping costs a flat rate of $4.90 for orders under $50. Orders over $50 qualify for free Standard Shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays). Most orders ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 11am EST may be processed the following business day.

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

Please note that shipping times may vary due to high order volume, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. VINNE USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.
